TOS

When commissioning me, you are expected to read my TOS and treat me like a human being

Full flat colored references required for commissions (preferably a reference sheet)

Quoted commissions require at least half up front, payments can be discussed privately

PWYW animations can be paid after initial sketch

If any work created is connected to a character being sold, commissions may be added to character value for what was paid (DO NOT UPCHARGE)

Clients retain rights to custom designs

Extreme or consistent changes/edits to commissions requested may require a surcharge

Do not claim my work as your own

Clients may upload my work on external sights with credit

Clients may use my art to produce a physical creation for PERSONAL use only (stickers, buttons, etc.)

Anyone may use my artwork for personal use such as: avatars, wallpapers, and website/profile displays (with credit where/when possible)

NO ONE is authorized to trace, modify, edit, or reupload my works without consent

Clients may recolor lineart commissions for personal use

Any aspect of my work may NOT be used to train any form of artificial intelligence or created into NFTs

Previous clients are still bound to current TOS

I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount if I no longer want to work on your commission

During the sketch stage, you may be refunded 80%

Once past sketching, NO REFUNDS

Any harassment in attempt to get a commission will not be tolerated and I reserve the right to blacklist individuals

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted my TOS

Failure to follow TOS will result in blacklist with no warning
